Attention to all Gulfstream Park horsemen and women and their workers:
It’s that time of year again were the Memorial Adult Mobile Van is scheduled to start providing medical services to our Gulfstream patients. Due to prevention measures from the COVID-19, the Adult Mobile Van will NOT be going out to the community.
Please know the health and safety of our community is important to us. Effective , April 1,2020 we are offering Telehealth services to the Gulfstream patients.
Attached are the instructions for what is needed to complete Telehealth services.
